The WARRANTY is valid for 6 months, from the moment of purchase, only by presenting the exchange ticket.

Covers eventual defects that may arise from manufacturing, but in no case those due to improper use by the client: such as loss of pieces of the jewel, caused by improper use, wear caused by (chlorine, alcohol, perfumes, among others). ), due to lack of care, blows, glass cracks, stones or chain cuts .

The procedure to make the guarantee valid will be as follows and will have a maximum period of 15 business days to evaluate and eventually:

1- Repair the defective part as the first option.

2- Deliver a new part in case the repair is not feasible.

3- Deliver the credit in favor to exchange for any other product in the store, in the event that neither of the two previous options are feasible. There are no refunds or balances, so you must choose something of equal or greater value than your purchase.

Shipping costs depend on the size of the product, the place of destination and the type of dispatch you choose.

If your product is in perfect condition (*) you have 10 days to cancel your purchase. You only have to present, or send by certified mail at your expense, the product with the receipt or invoice, to our office. It is imperative that the product is in perfect condition: unused, with a label attached, in its original packaging, sealed, and with its accessories. We make your returns easy. You were not satisfied with your purchase?

Making a change is very simple at atesorame.cl. If your product is in perfect condition, you have 30 days to change it from the date of purchase or receipt of the product. You can go to any of our stores, presenting your ticket and product. And if you can't go to a Store, don't worry, you can contact our email contacto@atesorame.cl to coordinate the shipment of the product from your home, paying only the cost of the withdrawal. Our commitment is your total satisfaction. Remember that the product cannot have been tested and/or used, they must have their complete original packaging, etc. This is why when you open the product, do it carefully so as not to break seals, box graphics, bags.

Withdrawal in Office

If you prefer, save the shipping cost, pick up your products at our office. Identify that the product you want to buy is available for pickup at our office and at the time of purchase select the option WITHDRAWAL AT OFFICE. Make sure that you will go to make the withdrawal during the hours in which the office is open. You must bring your identity card and a document that proves the purchase (Order number, Ticket or Invoice). Remember that only the customer who makes the purchase or the person authorized at the time of purchase can withdraw.
