Our Guaranteed Satisfaction commitment allows you to exchange your product up to 30 days after the date you received it.

You can change free of charge for the same model, or for one of equal or greater value, paying the difference. If you want a product of lower value, the difference will not be refunded, so you must add another product to equal or exceed the balance.

The cost of shipping in case of change must be paid by the client, or it can be done directly at any point of sale owned by Atesorame.

You must make sure that the product you want to change or return is unused, with all its accessories and original packaging.

To make use of this Guaranteed Satisfaction, it will be enough for you to present your receipt, shipping guide, exchange ticket, or other proof of purchase.

No changes or returns apply to Engraved Personalized Jewelry. Neither in the case of products that have been sold at a discount due to any damage, that are purchased in that condition in stores or in the "Outlet" section of our website, the product will not be exchanged, nor will the money be refunded.

Treasure me is responsible for any logistical error in the shipment.


They can only be made the first 10 days after the purchase, presenting the ticket or change ticket, with the product in its original packaging, unused and in perfect condition.

Personalized jewelry cannot be returned.

It is the customer's responsibility to deliver the product to one of its own Atesorame points of sale for its evaluation and subsequent refund, which will be carried out within a maximum period of 10 business days.
