Shipping costs depend on the size of the product, the place of destination and the type of dispatch you choose.

Quality, speed and security in your purchase process is our priority. We want Atesorame.cl to be Your Store, that you can fully trust us. Did you regret your purchase? Don't worry! If your product is in perfect condition (*) you have 10 days to cancel your purchase. You only have to present, or send by certified mail at your expense, the product with the ticket or invoice, to any Atesorame store. It is imperative that the product is in perfect condition: unused, with a label attached, in its original packaging, sealed, and with its accessories. We make your returns easy. You were not satisfied with your purchase?

Making a return is very simple at atesorame.cl. If your product is in perfect condition, you have 30 days to change it from the date of purchase or receipt of the product. You can go to any of our stores, presenting your ticket and product. And if you can't go to a Store, don't worry, you can contact our email contacto@atesorame.cl to coordinate the shipment of the product from your home, paying only the cost of the removal. Our commitment is your total satisfaction. Remember that the product cannot have been tested and/or used, it must have its complete original packaging and all its accessories, manuals, etc. This is why when you open the product, do it carefully so as not to break seals, box graphics, bags and plumavit.

Withdrawal in store

If you prefer, save the shipping cost, pick up your products in our stores. Identify that the product you want to buy is available for store pickup and at the time of purchase select the pickup store. Locate the delivery point in the store you chose and then go to pick up your purchase. Make sure that you will go to make the withdrawal during the hours in which the store is open. You must bring your identity card and a document that proves the purchase (Order number, Ticket or Invoice). Remember that only the customer who makes the purchase or the person authorized at the time of purchase can withdraw. Track my purchase

How can I know when and what time my purchase will arrive?

At atesorame.cl you can track your dispatch with the dispatch order number that you find on your purchase receipt. There you will find all the information you need to know when your products will arrive.

What happens if my purchase did not arrive on the date it should?

If the product has not arrived on the agreed date, you can track it through www.atesorame.cl/despachos, sending an email to contacto@atesorame.cl

Can I change the date or address of my dispatch?

For your security, once the purchase is made it is not possible to make a change of address.
